Title: The Triumph of the Sixth
FADE IN:
INT. TARDIS - DAY
The Sixth Doctor is tinkering with the TARDIS console, as Evelyn Smythe watches on, curious.
EVELYN: What are you up to, Doctor?
SIXTH DOCTOR: Just making a few adjustments, Evelyn. You never know when we might need to make a quick escape.
EVELYN: From what exactly?
SIXTH DOCTOR: Who knows, my dear. That's the beauty of travel, isn't it? The unexpected is always just around the corner.
Suddenly, the TARDIS jolts and the lights flicker.
EVELYN: What's happening?
SIXTH DOCTOR: I don't know, but it doesn't feel good.
The Doctor rushes to the monitor, and sees a familiar sight.
SIXTH DOCTOR: The Daleks...again.
EVELYN: The ones with the colorful bumps?
SIXTH DOCTOR: Yes, the paradigm Daleks. They're attacking a research facility on the planet below. We have to stop them.
EVELYN: Let's go then, Doctor.
CUT TO:
EXT. RESEARCH FACILITY - DAY
The Sixth Doctor and Evelyn emerge from the TARDIS to find the facility in ruins, with Daleks swarming around it.
SIXTH DOCTOR: We have to act fast, Evelyn. They're after something.
EVELYN: What could they possibly want here?
SIXTH DOCTOR: I'm not sure, but we have to find out. Come on!
The Doctor and Evelyn charge towards the Daleks, who open fire on them.
SIXTH DOCTOR: Dodge, Evelyn!
EVELYN: I'm trying, Doctor!
The Doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to disable one of the Daleks, while Evelyn kicks another over.
SIXTH DOCTOR: Keep it up, Evelyn!
Evelyn punches a Dalek, causing it to short-circuit.
EVELYN: I think I'm getting the hang of this, Doctor!
SIXTH DOCTOR: Just be careful, my dear.
Suddenly, the Daleks begin to self-destruct.
EVELYN: What's happening?
SIXTH DOCTOR: I don't know, but let's get out of here!
The Doctor and Evelyn rush back to the TARDIS as the Daleks explode around them.
CUT TO:
INT. TARDIS - DAY
EVELYN: That was close.
SIXTH DOCTOR: Yes, it was. But we managed to stop them.
EVELYN: Do you think they'll come back?
SIXTH DOCTOR: Oh, I'm sure they will, Evelyn. But we'll be ready for them.
The Doctor flashes a grin at his companion, as the TARDIS takes off into the vortex.
FADE OUT.
