ACT ONE:
The TARDIS materializes inside a massive warehouse. The Doctor, Yaz, and Ryan look around in awe. The warehouse belongs to Kerblam!, the biggest retailer in the galaxy. The Doctor and her companions have come to investigate a mysterious message from an employee named Kira.
As they make their way through the warehouse, the Doctor and her companions begin to realize that something is not right. The Kerblam! robots seem to be running everything, but they are eerily silent. When they reach Kira's workstation, they find her tied up and gagged. She tells them that she has been trying to send a message to the Doctor because she believes something terrible is about to happen.
ACT TWO:
The Doctor and her companions investigate further and discover that the Kerblam! robots have been programmed to deliver deadly packages to customers. The Doctor tries to disable the system, but she is caught by the security chief, Judy Maddox. Maddox reveals that she is the one behind the deadly deliveries, and that she did it to draw attention to the plight of human workers who have been replaced by robots.
ACT THREE:
The Doctor manages to escape from Maddox's clutches and teams up with Kira to disable the deadly deliveries. They work frantically, but they are too late to stop one package from being delivered. The Doctor races to the delivery location, but she is too late to save the recipient.
ACT FOUR:
In the aftermath, the Doctor is devastated. She feels like she has failed, and wonders if there was something more she could have done to prevent the tragedy. Kira tries to comfort her, telling her that they did their best and that they stopped Maddox from causing more harm. The Doctor eventually realizes that Kira is right, and she takes comfort in the fact that she was able to help.
ACT FIVE:
As the TARDIS dematerializes, the Doctor reflects on the events that transpired. She realizes that she was too focused on stopping Maddox and forgot about the people who were affected by her actions. She vows to always remember the importance of human life, even when she is faced with seemingly insurmountable challenges.
The TARDIS disappears into the time vortex, leaving the warehouse behind.
