Title: The Raven's Curse
Years had passed since Poe first visited the castle and met the Beauty and the Beast. The grand halls were once again empty and silent, and the castle had fallen into disrepair.
But something had remained behind, lurking in the shadows and waiting to unleash its curse upon the unsuspecting.
One day, a group of travelers arrived at the castle, seeking shelter from the cold and rain. They were a curious bunch, drawn to the castle's mysterious history and haunted past.
As they explored the castle, they heard strange noises and saw glimpses of a black raven that seemed to be following them. They brushed it off as their imagination, but soon they began to feel a creeping sense of dread.
As night fell, the travelers gathered in the great hall, where they found an old book of Poe's tales. They began reading, each story darker and more chilling than the last.
Suddenly, they heard a cawing sound, and the raven appeared before them, perched on a nearby table. Its eyes glinted in the dim light, and its wings rustled as it spoke a single word: "Nevermore."
The travelers were paralyzed with fear as the raven flew around the room, its shadow casting an eerie glow on the walls. They tried to leave, but the doors were locked, and the windows were barred shut.
One by one, the travelers were picked off by the raven's curse, their bodies found twisted and mangled in the castle's darkest corners. No one knows what became of them, but some say they still haunt the castle to this day.
As for Poe, he had long since passed away, but his legacy lived on in the castle's dark history. The raven, it seemed, had claimed another victim, its curse living on long after Poe's final breath.
And so, the castle remains a haunted relic, a place where the dead never truly rest, and the raven's curse still echoes through the halls.
