Episode 1: The Beginning
FADE IN:
EXT. ACADEMY GROUNDS - DAY
We see a large building in the middle of a vast forest. The camera zooms in on a teenage boy, FLETCHER, walking towards the building. He is carrying a leather satchel.
INT. ACADEMY - DAY
Fletcher enters the academy and walks down a long hallway. He passes a few other students before he reaches the main hall. The hall is packed with students of all ages, dressed in various uniforms.
MASTER RUFUS, an elderly man with a long beard, stands at the front of the hall.
MASTER RUFUS Welcome, new students, to Vocans Academy. I am Master Rufus, and I will be your guide during your time here.
Fletcher takes a seat in the back of the hall and looks around at the other students. He notices that some of them have strange tattoos on their arms and hands.
MASTER RUFUS (CONT'D) As you all know, this is a school for summoners. You will be taught how to summon demons and use them for your own purposes. But be warned, summoning demons is not to be taken lightly. It is a dangerous and risky practice, and can have dire consequences.
Fletcher listens intently as Master Rufus continues his speech.
MASTER RUFUS (CONT'D) Your first task is to summon a demon from the Adept level. You will be given a week to complete this task. If you fail, you will be expelled from the academy.
Fletcher looks worried but determined. He has never summoned a demon before, but he knows he must succeed.
CUT TO:
EXT. ACADEMY COURTYARD - DAY
Fletcher is walking through the courtyard when he is approached by a group of older students. They are all taller than Fletcher and have tattoos on their arms.
STUDENT 1 Hey, you're the new kid, right? What's your name?
FLETCHER My name is Fletcher.
STUDENT 2 Well, Fletcher, we have a little initiation for all new students. Are you ready?
FLETCHER What kind of initiation?
STUDENT 3 It's simple. We're going to beat you up.
The students start to close in on Fletcher, but before they can attack, a girl with a tattoo on her arm steps in front of him.
GIRL Leave him alone. He's new here.
The students back off, and the girl turns to Fletcher.
GIRL (CONT'D) Are you okay?
FLETCHER Yes, thanks. Who are you?
GIRL My name is Sylva, and I'm a fifth-year student. I saw what happened, and I didn't want to see you get hurt.
Fletcher looks grateful.
CUT TO:
INT. FLETCHER'S DORM ROOM - NIGHT
Fletcher is lying in bed, trying to summon a demon. He's been at it for hours, but nothing has worked. He's frustrated and exhausted.
Suddenly, there is a knock at the door. Fletcher gets up and answers it. It's Sylva.
SYLVA Hey, can I come in?
FLETCHER Sure.
Sylva enters the room and sits down on Fletcher's bed.
SYLVA I heard you've been having trouble summoning a demon.
FLETCHER Yeah, I can't seem to get it right.
SYLVA Here, let me show you.
Sylva takes out a book and starts to explain the process to Fletcher.
CUT TO:
As the competition continued, Fletcher and his team were slowly making their way up the leaderboard. They were still far behind the top teams, but their consistent performance was giving them hope.
However, things took a turn when one of their team members was injured during a particularly dangerous challenge. Fletcher was torn between wanting to continue and the safety of his team, but ultimately decided to withdraw from the competition.
But their journey was not over yet. The injury had given Fletcher an idea - what if they could use their magic to heal the injured team member and re-enter the competition? With the help of his friends, Fletcher began to research and experiment with healing magic.
After many failed attempts, they finally discovered a potion that could heal the injured team member. But they were running out of time - the competition was coming to an end and they needed to act fast.
With the help of their newfound healing magic, Fletcher and his team re-entered the competition and pulled off an incredible comeback, winning the Summer series and proving that with determination and teamwork, anything is possible.
As they celebrated their victory, Fletcher and his friends knew that their journey was far from over. They had proven their worth, but the world of magic was vast and full of challenges. Together, they would continue to learn and grow, pushing the boundaries of what they thought was possible and changing the world of magic forever.
