Title: The Raven in the Castle
After the curse was lifted on the castle, the Beauty and the Beast found themselves alone in their home. All of the servants and furniture had returned to their human forms and had moved on with their lives, leaving the castle empty and silent.
One day, as the Beast was walking through the castle halls, he heard a knock at the door. He opened it to find a man standing on the doorstep, dressed in dark clothes and carrying a black raven on his shoulder.
The man introduced himself as Edgar Allan Poe, a writer and poet who was in search of inspiration for his next work. The Beast welcomed him into the castle, and Poe was struck by the beauty of the grand halls and ornate decor.
As days passed, Poe explored every inch of the castle, and soon he was inspired to write. He sat by the fireplace, pen in hand, and wrote haunting poems and dark stories that echoed through the empty halls.
The Beauty was intrigued by Poe's work and often listened to him recite his poems. She found them melancholy but beautiful, and Poe's passion for his craft was contagious.
As they spent more time together, Poe and the Beauty became close friends, and he even read her stories from his book of tales. The Beast, too, found himself fascinated by Poe's words and often sat with them, listening in silence.
One day, as Poe was wandering through the castle, he heard a raven's call echoing through the halls. He followed the sound until he came upon the raven he had brought with him. The raven perched on a windowsill, gazing out at the forest beyond.
Poe was struck by an idea for a new story, one about a man who was haunted by a raven that spoke only one word: "Nevermore." He rushed back to his room and began writing feverishly, creating a masterpiece that would later be known as "The Raven."
As Poe read his poem to the Beauty and the Beast, they were both entranced by the story of the haunted man and his sorrowful bird. The poem became a favorite of theirs, and they often asked Poe to read it to them.
Years passed, and Poe continued to visit the castle, always finding inspiration in its grandeur and haunting beauty. The Beauty and the Beast became his closest friends, and they would sit by the fireplace, listening to Poe's stories and poems long into the night.
And so, the castle was no longer silent. It was filled with the sounds of Poe's haunting words, the laughter of the Beauty and the Beast, and the cawing of a black raven that had found a new home.
