DOCTOR: Seems like it. That was a bit anticlimactic.

LIV: Doctor, look!

The Doctor turns to see a lone Dalek retreating.

They chase the Dalek, who leads them to a hidden Dalek base. The Doctor and his companions infiltrate the base and discover that the Daleks are planning to destroy an entire planet.

The Doctor confronts the Dalek Supreme, who has been overseeing the operation.

DALEK SUPREME: You cannot stop us, Doctor. We are the ultimate power in the universe.

DOCTOR: Oh, I wouldn't be so sure about that.

The Doctor uses his sonic screwdriver to disable the Dalek's weapon systems and the Daleks are defeated once again.

DOCTOR: Liv, Helen, did you manage to stop the weapon?

LIV: Yes, Doctor. It's been deactivated.

HELEN: What do we do now?

DOCTOR: We leave before they find us. Come on.

The trio quickly leave the base and return to the TARDIS.

DOCTOR: Well, that was easier than expected.

LIV: You always make it look so easy, Doctor.

HELEN: I can't believe we just defeated the Daleks.

DOCTOR: Ah, well, it wasn't the first time and it certainly won't be the last.

The TARDIS dematerializes as the episode ends.
