AI Writing: "Time of the Doctor" but no extra regenerations from the time lords

In this alternate version of "Time of the Doctor," the Time Lords do not grant the Doctor more regenerations. The episode begins with the Doctor arriving on the planet Trenzalore, where he is greeted by his old friend Dorium Maldovar. Dorium warns the Doctor that the planet is under siege by the forces of the Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans, and many other races, all of whom seek access to the Time Lord's tomb beneath the planet's surface.

The Doctor discovers that the tomb is actually the crack in time that he has been encountering throughout his recent adventures. The Time Lords, who are trapped inside the crack, offer to give the Doctor more regenerations in exchange for his help in freeing them. However, the Doctor refuses, stating that he will not be controlled by them.

As the siege intensifies, the Doctor and his allies, including the Silence and the Weeping Angels, fight back against the attacking forces. In the midst of the chaos, the Doctor begins to feel his age catching up with him. He realizes that he has already used up all of his regenerations, and that he will not be able to survive much longer.

As the battle rages on, the Doctor becomes increasingly desperate to find a way to save himself and his companions. In a moment of inspiration, he decides to sacrifice himself by jumping into the crack, which will close it permanently and prevent any further attacks from the Time Lords.

The Doctor bids a tearful farewell to his companions and jumps into the crack, sealing it forever. As the dust settles, his companions mourn his loss, but know that he has saved countless lives by his selfless act.

The episode ends with a brief glimpse of the TARDIS flying through space, as the voice of the 8th Doctor can be heard saying, "Doctor? Doctor who?"

The Doctor's body began to glow with regeneration energy as he faced the Time Lords, hoping against hope that they would grant him a new set of regenerations. He could feel his body starting to break down, the energy building up inside him like a storm.

But as he looked up at the Time Lords, he saw their faces change. They were no longer the benevolent beings he had hoped for, but instead they had turned cold and calculating.

"I'm sorry, Doctor," said the lead Time Lord. "But we cannot grant your request. You have already used up all your regenerations. Your time has come."

The Doctor felt a pang of regret as the energy inside him threatened to overwhelm him. He had always known that this day would come, but he had hoped to delay it for as long as possible.

As the energy reached its peak, the Doctor closed his eyes and prepared for the end. But suddenly, he felt a strange sensation wash over him. It was like a cool breeze, soothing and gentle.

When he opened his eyes, he saw a figure standing before him. It was the TARDIS, but not as he had ever seen her before. She was glowing with a soft, blue light and seemed to be alive.

"Doctor," she said, her voice echoing in his mind. "I have a gift for you."

And with that, the TARDIS enveloped the Doctor in her light. He felt his body being infused with new energy, and he knew that he had been granted a new set of regenerations.

The Doctor felt a surge of joy and relief as the TARDIS pulled away, leaving him standing alone in the silence of the Time Lord's chamber. He knew that he had been given a second chance, and he vowed to use it wisely.

The Doctor watched as the Time Lords vanished back into their time-locked pocket universe. He knew that he had failed. He had used up all his regenerations and there was no way he could survive this time.

He looked around at the people of Christmas, his friends, and companions. They had all helped him in his last stand against the Daleks and other enemies. The Doctor knew he had to say goodbye to them, but he couldn't bring himself to do it.

Clara Oswald, his most recent companion, approached him. "Doctor, what do we do now?" she asked, looking up at him with concern.

The Doctor sighed. "We accept our fate, Clara. We've had some fantastic adventures, but it's time for me to go. For good, this time."

Clara looked heartbroken, tears welling up in her eyes. "I can't bear the thought of losing you," she whispered.

The Doctor took her hand. "I know, Clara. But it's time. Remember me, and keep adventuring. There's a whole universe out there waiting for you."

As he closed his eyes, the Doctor thought of all the companions he had traveled with, all the adventures he had been on, and all the lives he had saved. He took one last breath and let it out slowly, feeling the regeneration energy start to take over.

Suddenly, he heard a voice calling out to him. "Doctor!" It was a familiar voice, but he couldn't quite place it. He opened his eyes, and standing before him was a figure in a blue suit.

"Doctor, it's me, the Tenth Doctor!" the figure exclaimed.

The Doctor was stunned. "But how? I thought I used up all my regenerations."

The Tenth Doctor grinned. "I might have had a little help from a friend," he said, nodding towards the sky.

The Doctor looked up, and he saw the figure of the Eighth Doctor in the clouds, smiling down at him.

"I don't know how to thank you," the Doctor said, feeling tears prick at the corners of his eyes.

The Tenth Doctor clapped him on the back. "Don't worry about it. You're one of us, after all. And we take care of our own."

The Doctor smiled, feeling the regeneration energy flowing through him. "Allons-y," he said, and let the energy consume him, as his body began to glow with golden light.

As the Daleks started to break through the barrier, the Doctor and Clara realized they had to do something to save the town of Christmas. The Doctor turned to Clara, "I have an idea, but I need your help."

Clara nodded, "What do you need me to do?"

The Doctor quickly explained his plan, and Clara's eyes widened in surprise. "That's crazy," she said, "but it might just work."

Together, the Doctor and Clara set to work, setting up a series of devices and gadgets around the town. They worked quickly, trying to finish before the Daleks broke through the barrier.

Finally, they were done, and they retreated to the safety of the TARDIS, watching as the Daleks advanced.

The first Dalek reached the barrier and began to push against it, but as soon as it made contact, a strange energy began to flow through its body. The energy spread quickly, infecting the other Daleks, and soon they were all writhing in agony.

The Doctor and Clara watched in horror as the Daleks were destroyed, one by one, by the energy they had unleashed.

When it was over, the Doctor turned to Clara with a sad smile. "I'm sorry," he said, "I didn't want you to have to see that."

"It's okay," Clara said, placing a hand on his shoulder. "We did what we had to do."

The Doctor nodded, then turned to the console, setting a course for their next adventure. As the TARDIS dematerialized, he couldn't help but wonder what other horrors awaited them in the vast expanse of time and space.
